Thank you for participating in our training course(s<\/em>). Merit Ontario for Training is funded by the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development, and we provide our services at no cost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the funding agreement, we are required to collect information on all individuals completing training through Merit Ontario for Training and submit this information to the Ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In compliance with your district school board\u2019s privacy policy, we are collecting the following information and submitting to the Ministry:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Your first and last initial<\/li>
  2. School email address<\/li>
  3. School name<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The information is not stored by Merit Ontario for Training, nor is it shared with any other party.<\/p>\n\n\n
